We arrange shipments from our overseas warehouses in the United States or Dongguan factory. We ship to most countries via Standard and Expedited Shipping.

We offer a 14-Day Return Policy. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility, and we do not refund shipping costs. For defective items under warranty, we cover return shipping. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Usually, we will ship out your order in 1-2days. For Leviathan V4 GT, Pre-orders will be shipped out in sequence in September.

All our price includes all sale taxes. But Import taxes may apply(if your cutoms need), and we are not responsible for these fees. We can claim a very low value(no more than $15) for your package to lower your cost. We will pay the tariffs first in both the EU and the US.
