Shipping Policy

1. Where do we arrange the shipment from?

· We have overseas warehouses in the United States now. We will arrange the delivery in time according to the principle of proximity. If the product is sold out or these warehouses are not in stock, we will arrange to ship it in Dongguan. (If you want to know where your package is being shipped from, or if a warehouse near you has it in stock, please contact me before placing an order!)

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via Expedited Shipping, and many countries via Standard Shipping. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be stated before the payment page.

Note: For countries and areas of Alaska, Argentina, Canada, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Expedited Shipping. This may be subjected to changes due to unpredictable events such as pandemic, war, and etc.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We have 2 shipping options - Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.

Standard Shipping is for most countries/areas. Including the United States, the United Kingdom, most countries in the European Union, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asian countries, Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan. (*Free shipping only applies to orders over $40)

Expedited Shipping is 10-40USD (excluding tax) depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is free*.Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that may be applicable for your country. RAWM is not responsible for such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the two-way freight charges. The cost of the freight charges may be more than the amount reflected on your order due to tax and other miscellaneous fees.

Some parcels claimed to be “returned to the seller” may be destroyed by the post office or customs officers when buyers refuse to accept their parcels or fail to pay for their taxes. No refund will be processed for such cases.

Standard Shipping via 4PX/Yanwen Express is a tax-inclusive option for some countries. However, RAWM will not be responsible for additional administrative or handling fees charged by your local courier company or customs. Please kindly check this with your local customs.

For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Expedited Shipping. We will contact you if there is a need to make additional payments. Should you have any other queries regarding shipments, please contact us before placing an order.

 

4. How long is the shipping Time?

· Europe: 5-12 days shipping time;

· Canada, United States, Mexico: 3-12 days shipping time;

· Australia, New Zealand: 5-12 days shipping time;

· Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia,Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore,Vietnam, The United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia: 5-12 days shipping time;

· Brazil: 20-45 days shipping time;

· Other countries:  5-30 days shipping time;

Note: 

1) Because logistics is affected by weather and holidays, sometimes it may exceed the above time range, please understand!

2) Warehouse colleagues do not go to work on weekends, so weekend orders will be delayed until Monday delivery!

3) Because some countries cannot use our express and standard logistics channels, such as India, Ukraine and other countries, the logistics time will be extended!

 

Note:

1)  The above delivery times are based on normal conditions. The actual delivery time is subject to the tracking update of the current order.

2)  If your country is geographically close to the above countries, you can refer to the delivery time of this country.

3)  To know the specific delivery time in your country, please contact us.

Brazil:

1)  The recipient pay import duties before the package enter Brazil.

2)  The recipient's name must be exactly the same as on the individual's tax ID number. If you are unsure, you can check the name of your personal tax number from this website : https://servicos.receita.fazenda.gov.br/Servicos/CPF/ConsultaSituacao/ConsultaPublica.asp

3)  Tax number format: ① 11 digits (example 12345678901) ② 3 digits.3 digits.3 digits-2 digits (example 123.345.456-12) ③ 3 digits.3 digits.3 digits/2 digits (example 123.345.456/12);

Chile:

A personal tax number is required when the package arrives for customs clearance in Chile. Please leave it in the order notes. Thank you for your support and understanding.

5.How will my goods be shipped?

· 4PX/Yanwen Express/USPS/DHL and Other Standard Shipping is our shipping methods.

6.If I order multiple items, will they be delivered at the same time?

· We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes, our products are not always sent together, because different shipping methods may be used and stock of products may not be available, need to ship from another warehouse, depending on the product.

7.After the package is shipped out, can I change the delivery address of the package?

· Unfortunately, once the product is on the road, we will not be able to change the shipment. So please make sure your delivery address is correct!

8.What should I do when I receive a product that is different from the product I ordered?

· Please contact us via support@rawmtech.com.

9.The product I received is not working properly, can it be replaced?

· Certainly! If there is a problem with the package you received, please contact us in time after you sign for the package! 

· After we receive your return package, we will reschedule the delivery to you!

Notes: Due to the different customs policies of each country, customs duties may be charged when we arrange delivery to you, but the customs duties will be very small, thank you for your understanding!
